Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Nox account directly from the app’s Settings screen.

Delete from the app

Open Nox NeuroSync, go to Settings → Account and tap Delete My Account. Verify your current password for security, then confirm deletion.

Data that is deleted

Your Firebase account and associated cloud progress are deleted. Once completed, the account and this progress cannot be restored.

Recordings that remain on device

Personal voice recordings are stored only on your device, so they are not automatically removed with the account. Delete them individually from Library or clear the app’s data in your device settings.

Manage your subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop recurring charges, cancel separately in the subscription settings of the store used for purchase.
