Purpose of the service

Nox is a lifestyle app designed for personal awareness, relaxation, focus and daily motivation. Its content does not constitute a professional assessment or a guarantee of results.

Account security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your password. You may not transfer your account or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions

Premium plans may renew automatically at the price and interval shown by the store. Trial, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are managed through the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.

Personal recordings

You are responsible for the voice recordings you create. Recordings remain on the device and may not be recoverable after uninstalling the app, clearing its data or changing devices.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Nox brand, design and app content belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reverse engineer, bypass security or use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Changes to the service

Features may be updated for security, legal compliance and product improvement. Earned access and user data remain governed by the app’s published data and subscription rules.
