Contact us with a description of the issue, your device and app version. Never send your password, verification codes or payment card details.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund decisions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play used for purchase. Nox cannot access your payment card details.

Response time

We review support requests as soon as reasonably possible. For account or data requests, we may need to verify account ownership for security.
